Your privacy is important to us. 261 Fearless Inc. ("261 Fearless") is aware of the trust you place in us and our responsibility to protect the privacy of the women and members we serve, as well as our many volunteers, sponsors, supporters and donors. As part of this responsibility, this Privacy Policy details the information we collect on our website, how we collect it, and how we use this information to fulfill our mission and sustain and improve our programs and services. By accessing this website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.  This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time. Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page.  Accordingly, you should visit this page periodically to review our current privacy policies.  By continuing to access or use the website after a modification, you agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy, as modified.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
I.) GENERAL INFORMATION

We are the sole owners of the information collected on our site. For each visitor to our website, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our site that you have visited, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor, and analyze these digital footprints.

II.) PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect information about our members through our various forms of online registration and online inquiries. a.) Contact Form If you use our general contact form to get in touch with us, we collect the contact information that you submit to us for the purpose of answering your inquiry. By submitting an inquiry, you agree to these conditions. b.) Registration for 261 Education programs (Train the Trainer Certification Course, Business Training etc.) When you send an inquiry to participate in our 261 education program, we collect your contact information that you submit to us for the purpose of answering your inquiry. During the actual registration process we collect names, postal and email addresses, demographic information, emergency contact information, and other information you voluntarily submit. If you then become a certified 261 coach or Club Director, we store this information in our internal database CORE (hosted by CORE smart work GmbH, Fillstrasse 1, A-4942 Gurten, Austria/Europe) where you can see and change your personal data and privacy settings at any time. Data of our coaches and club directors is stored until seven years after their engagement with the program ends. By submitting the form, you agree on these conditions. c.) Registration as a Volunteer: When you send an inquiry to become a volunteer, we collect your contact information that you submit to us for the purpose of answering your inquiry. During the actual registration process we collect names, postal and email addresses, demographic information, emergency contact information, and other information you voluntarily submit. If you then become a volunteer, we store this information in our internal database CORE (hosted by CORE smart work GmbH, Fillstrasse 1, A-4942 Gurten, Austria/Europe) where you can see and change your personal data and privacy settings at any time. Data of our volunteers is stored until seven years after their engagement with the program ends. By submitting the form, you agree on these conditions. d.) Registration as a Charity Runner: 261 Fearless is proud to have a team of charity runners in various running events. If you decide to apply as a charity runner for such an event, we collect your contact information, that you submit to us for the purpose of answering your inquiry. During the registration process we collect names, postal and email addresses, demographic information, emergency contact information and other information you voluntarily submit to us. If you then become a charity runner, we store this information in our internal database CORE (hosted by CORE smart work GmbH, Fillstrasse 1, A-4942 Gurten, Austria/Europe) where you can see and change your personal data and privacy settings at any time. Data of charity runners is stored until seven years after their engagement with us. By submitting the form you agree to these conditions. e.) Applying as an Event Partner: 261 Fearless is a proud partner of various events. If you are interested in applying as an official event partner and you send us an inquiry via email, we collect your contact data that you submit to us for the purpose of answering your inquiry. f.) Registration as a participant in our 261 Fearless online programs: You have the opportunity to join our network as a participant in our online programs. These programs give women all over the world access to the world of 261 Fearless, regardless of the existence of a local 261 club near her. To become an online program, you are required to register through the registration form on this website. When you register, we collect the data that you submit to us for the purpose of processing your registration and offering our services to you (including sending updates via email and newsletter which you can opt out of by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter). Your data is hosted by our administration team and is stored until seven years after your engagement with the program ends. By submitting the form, you agree to these conditions. g.) Others: We also collect personal information when you generously choose to donate to 261 Fearless via our donate page or sign up for our newsletter.

COOKIES
We use cookies to monitor how people use our website.  Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our site.
INFORMATION THIRD-PARTIES COLLECT ON OUR BEHALF
We use the following third party service providers to perform certain services to manage our member's applications and to collect donations they generously make to 261 Fearless. Marketing automation service MailChimp (Provided by the Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA) Filehosting service Dropbox (Provided by Dropbox Inc., 333 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94107)Social enterprise platform CORE (provided by Core Smartwork GmbH, Fillstrasse 1, 4942 Gurten, Austria/Europe) Blackbaud (Provided by Blackbaud, 2000 Daniel Island Drive, Charleston SC 29492-7541, USA) Shopify (provided by Shopify International Limited Victoria Buildings, 2. Etage, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Irland) The third party service providers may collect your bank or credit card information if you submit a payment, but that information is not passed on to 261 Fearless. The third parties conform to information security industry standards for online transactions.

COMMUNICATIONS
Email: We maintain an internal email list of all persons who have requested information, enrolled in our programs, volunteered, or made an online payment or donation. We may use this list to send occasional updates and announcements about our programs, or marketing or fundraising information, such as annual giving campaigns.  If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt out at any time.  Email requests may be sent to info@261fearless.org. Requests are processed within 10 business days. Please note that transactional emails may continue to be sent to you on an as-needed basis.  Postal Mail: Persons who submit their postal address to receive further information, enroll in our program, volunteer, become an online program participant or donate may periodically receive postal mail from us. If you do not wish to receive mail, please let us know by sending a request to info@261fearless.org. Please include your exact name and address so we can be sure your name is removed from our postal mailing list.  Phone: Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers may receive telephone contact from us responding to a request for more information about our program, volunteering, or a transaction.  We do not make unsolicited marketing calls.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
With Other Companies and Organizations: The personally identifying information we maintain at 261 Fearless is for internal use only, and will not be sold, rented, or exchanged with any third party except when (1) you have consented to share the information; (2) we need to share information in order to provide a product or service requested by you; or (3) we need to share the information with others who work on our behalf to provide a requested product or service to you. These third parties do not have the right to use the personally identifying information that we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.  As Aggregate Data: We may aggregate demographic data and share it with third parties, including sponsors, donors, and community representatives, after personally identifiable information has been removed.  As Required By Law: At times, 261 Fearless may be required by law to disclose personally identifying information.  If we are required to do so by law, or we believe, in good faith, that such a disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, defend our rights or property, or to respond to an emergency situation, we may disclose any information in our possession.

SECURITY
261 Fearless takes precautions to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.  The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
